対策で景気が減速する恐れで各国は本気で動けない
地球温暖化対策と景気対策を両立させる事は可能だろうか？
提案１）ＬＲＴや白い屋根・ソーラーパネルや太陽熱温水器
ＬＲＴ等の公共交通機関を整備すればＣＯ２等の放出は絶対に減少する
しかも、駅前に商業施設を整備する事が出来るので景気は確実に良くなる
白い屋根（遮熱塗料）やソーラーパネル・太陽熱温水器の売り上げで雇用も増えるし
血税を道路にムダ使いするより遥かに効果的。
